Documentary – The Triumph Of A Right

In 2016, more than 180 families moved to the new social housing from the Toma de Peñalolén. About 40 families remained in the camp waiting to obtain their housing solutions.
Carolina Miranda and Natalia Osorio were on the waiting list. They are one of the last families to be transferred from the emblematic Toma de Peñalolén. Documentary made between 2016 and 2020, in Peñalolén. Santiago, Chile.

"The most desired dream of each family is their own home"

About 30 families belonging to the M.P.S.T. (Movimiento Pueblo Sin Techo) will obtain their subsidies on land within the same commune. In 2019, the Taking of Peñalolén was terminated. A park is being built on the same land whose completion is estimated for 2021.
